Items will only be despatched once payment has been received in full.

All products remain the property of Turquoise Flamingo until payment is received in full.

Once you make your purchase and we have processed your information, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Shipping is calculated according to weight, and if necessary express delivery opted by you. (See shipping info)

SHIPPING INFO:

We use the Irish postage system An Post as our delivery service.

Shipping is calculated by weight, size and the destination you’re sending the parcel to and when you purchase the item this will automatically be calculated and added to the cost of your item.

The majority of orders are posted within the first two days of ordering.

We do recommend that you use registered post as the preferred method of shipping for quick delivery, ability to track your item and it provides secure delivery. If you would like to use a different method please email info@turquoiseflamingo.com and state what item you would like to purchase and the delivery method you would like to use.

Turquoise Flamingo adequately wrap our items for shipping but we do not accept liability for any items damaged during transit. 

You'll receive an email to let you know your order has been despatched along with a Track & Trace number so you can track your item.

If you are unable to be at the delivery address to receive the item when it is delivered, it will be at your local post office for 5 days afterwards.

Below is a table of the postage rates based on the weight of each item using registered post. There is always an additional 0.2kg added onto each item for packaging.

RETURNS POLICY:

All sales are final for discounted items and pre-loved items.

To be certain of your purchase, make sure you look at the measurements and any other specific information before you order.

If, unfortunately you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@turquoiseflamingo.com as soon as possible stating the reason you are unsatisfied and return the item within 7 days from and including the date of delivery to this address: Cathy O’Donoghue, Mount Desert, Clogheen, Blarney Rd., Cork, Ireland. Please state: your name, address, daytime telephone number, product code (on the label attached to your item) and the reason you wish to return the item. Items must be in exact condition as sent, preferably in original packing.

Postage costs, including return postage costs are non-refundable.

SIZE GUIDE:

Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat. The modern sizes are estimated but please ensure that you check all measurements and descriptions carefully before placing your order. Please allow a few extra centimetres for a comfortable fit. Some items are pinned back on model to show proper fit. The following table provides an approximate conversion from European to UK and North American sizes.

DEGREES OF QUALITY & CONDITION OF VINTAGE CLOTHING:

Excellent - Obviously has been worn but pretty much perfect.

Very Good - near perfect, maybe a slight flaw that is barely noticeable.

Good - Still good quality and wearable, may have a few flaws.

Fair -In need of some TLC.
