recipe - bloody mary cocktail.

Over Christmas and New Years, I "tried out" quite a few cocktails. Stocking and reorganising our bar cart has become a little hobby of mine so it's only natural that I experimented a lot. That's my excuse anyway! 
My absolute favourite cocktail (alongside an espresso martini...oh and a good mojito!) is a Bloody Mary. The spicer the better! And they're good for hangovers. Double win!

So here's my version:

4 ice cubes
2 shots vodka
1 lime wedge
4 oz tomato juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes tabasco sauce
1 pinch hot chilli powder
1 pinch black pepper
celery salt for rim of glass
1 stick celery
1 sprig parsley

Sprinkle some celery salt onto a plate, run the lime wedge along the rim of the glass and then roll the outer rim of the glass in the salt until fully coated. 
Place 2 ice cubes and vodka in the glass. 
Add the tomato juice, spices, 2 ice cubes, lime wedge and seasoning to a shaker and shake gently.
Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with celery stick and sprig of parsley.
