I haven't put up a salad or smoothie post in a while. Truth is, I haven't been the healthiest. Coffee has replaced many smoothies and my attempts at avoiding bread or cake are pretty bad lately. I'm on a health kick again though and seeing as it's a fresh week, here's this morning's smoothie.
raspberry, apple and cinnamon smoothie:
handful of raspberries, one apple, one peach, one small plum, a scoop of natural yogurt, a teaspoon of honey, 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and a little bit of milk. Blend and serve.
