This isn't the healthiest of smoothies but in an attempt to get Nancy to try more fruit, I went down the chocolate route.
cherry, chocolate and banana smoothie:
a handful of pitted cherries, one banana, a tablespoon of cocoa powder, a cup of milk (or almond milk) and a teaspoon of honey. Blend and serve.
To be honest, Nancy only drank a little but I had no problem finishing it off! Definitely one of my favourite smoothie recipes so far.
