salad or smoothie - plum salad.

I haven't been the best with getting my "5 a day" lately so today I made sure my lunch had as much fruit and vegetables as I could handle. On top of a vegetable soup, I made this tasty plum salad.

 plum salad:
a handful of spinach, a handful of green grapes, one plum cut into cubes, some sliced almonds and a dressing of olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice and balsamic vinegar. Toss salad ingredients with dressing, a little sprinkle of salt and pepper and serve.
