I'm on a major health buzz this week. No more chocolate, biscuits or beer allowed in the house for the next few weeks or at least that's my intention anyway! I'm strong, I can do this!
mango and blueberry smoothie:
one mango chopped, a handful of blueberries, 1/2 banana, 2 tbsp of natural yogurt and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
