While making peanut butter cookies this morning with Nancy (a big mess!) I decided to weigh out the bad with some good and make this delicious smoothie. My first time using peanut butter in a smoothie and I don't think I can ever go back to my old ways now. It was too good.
raspberry and peanut butter smoothie:
handful of raspberries, one banana, one tablespoon of smooth peanut butter, cranberry juice.
Nancy wasn't the biggest fan but she was stuffing herself with a cookie at the time so I kept the smoothie to have with my lunch. More for me!
