salad or smoothie - kiwi spinach and avocado smoothie.

This week when doing the food shopping, I picked up kiwis, spinach and avocados all for half price. So this week's smoothie is not only healthy but quite cheap too!

 Kiwi, spinach and avocado smoothie: 
2 kiwis, a handful of spinach, 1 avocado, 1 banana, 2 spoons of natural yogurt and a few ice cubes. Blend and serve.
