The new year is always full of good intentions for everyone and I ain't no different. I do eat well most of the time but after way too much chocolate, cheese and beer (not together of course, although...) I'm on a bit of a health kick the past week. I've never really blogged about food or cooking as it's not my area of expertise but since we're all making good attempts to eat healthily, I've decided to do a weekly feature called 'salad or smoothie.'
Nothing too fancy, just quick and easy recipes that will help you on your way to getting your 5-a-day.
1 banana, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of orange juice, teaspoon of honey, pinch of cinnamon.
Blend and serve.
