This week's smoothie is one of my favourites. Raspberries are always top of my list when it comes to smoothie ingredients or ice-cream for that matter! I tried to keep it quite healthy with some natural yogurt and apple cider vinegar too. Apple cider vinegar doesn't taste the best but it has many health benefits - lowers cholesterol, clears sinuses and keeps your hair shiny...yay! And in this smoothie, you can't even taste it. Double yay!
Raspberry and blueberry smoothie:
1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 banana, 2 spoons of natural yogurt, one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, one teaspoon of honey, 1/2 cup of milk and a few ice cubes. Blend and serve.
