DIY lace collar top.

Peter Pan, sequins, leather, lace. I love them all. So when my mum gave me some cute vintage lace I decided to spruce up a cardigan I have in my wardrobe that I've sorta fallen outta love with. A lace collar is just what it needed. Here's what I did:

1. Gathered what I needed. Scissors, needle, thread (colour of lace), pins, lace and the unloved cardie.
2. Measured the length I wanted to cover on the cardigan.

 3. Cut two pieces of lace in the exact length of each side.
4. Pinned them onto the cardigan to keep them in place while sewing.

5. Threaded my needle and tied a knot at the end.
6. Staring on the inside, sewed the lace onto the cardigan using a running stitch, finished at the end with another knot.

Altogether, it took about 15 minutes to make and I actually love my cardigan again. Yippee! What do you think?

    1. Lace has an amazing appeal. It makes the dress cool and prettier instantly so most the trend of lace is very popular since long ago. I personally like most the outfits with different kinds of laces so the top with the white lace is looking cool to me. Thanks a lot for sharing such a fantastic review of it.
